We specialize in all aspects of residential and light commercial construction and remodeling. Count on us to remodel your bathroom or kitchen, make additions, complete house renovations, and provide all types of repairs. We also do all phases of commercial work.
No. Generally, we bill at the completion of the job. We’ll bill at the end of each month for larger jobs that have been completed.
The time frame depends on the size of the job. Before we begin remodeling, everything is scheduled and ready to go so your project will run smoothly from start to finish without delay. For example, a typical bathroom can be completed in 5 to 7 working days.
The area that’s going to be remodeled is generally isolated from the rest of the house. We use dust barriers and drop cloths along with carpet runners to protect your floor coverings. All debris is hauled away. The work area is cleaned at the end of each day and ready for your inspection.
You don’t have to be home, but we enjoy having the customer around. Everyone who works with us on your project will respect your home as if it were their own.

Meet our expert team at Pyburn & Sons! Our staff consists of experienced professionals who are dedicated to providing exceptional customer service and top-quality workmanship on every project.
Jack Pyburn began Pyburn & Sons, Inc. back in 1960. With his wife Barb doing the books and a couple friends helping him on jobs, he worked hard to get the company up and running strong. In 1970 his son Rick joined the company followed by another son Pete in 1980. Jack passed away in 2008 with his family by his side.
Rick joined Pyburn & Sons in 1970 to work alongside his dad Jack. Together they both worked hard at make quality building a priority. Rich retired at the end of 2015 and now is living life and enjoying his retirement.
Pete joined his dad and brother in 1980. Through the years, he has been one of the faces you have seen most inside customer’s homes. He mastered the art of remodeling homes and is now is an owner, estimator and scheduler.
Matt joined his Grandpa Jack, Dad (Rick) and Uncle Pete working summer’s through High School and coming on as a full time carpenter once he graduated. He is now our best lead carpenter and owner. His quality and attention to detail are above all others.
Traci joined the Pyburn team by helping in the office during the spring of 1998 part time. In only a matter of months, she was hired on full time and within a year became the office manager. As office manager, she does her best to make sure all aspects of the office run as smoothly as possible.
Randy began his journey with Pyburn & Sons, Inc. in the spring of 1999 and is our lead painter. His quality is superb! He is an expert in all aspects of interior and exterior painting.
Matt began working as a carpenter helper in Summer of 2002. With his ability to do great work and be a leader, he is now a lead contractor for Pyburn & Sons, Inc.
Alex joined Pyburn & Sons, Inc. in the fall of 2014. He is a carpenter normally alongside of Matt Pyburn. He is friendly, skilled and efficient.
Tim joined Pyburn & Sons, Inc. in the spring of 2017. He is efficient and quick. He enjoys his job and is happy to make your project look the best it can.
